Step 1: Order Confirmation

Right after your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. This marks the beginning of your journey with Kovix. Keep this email handy for reference.
Step 2: Crafting Your Suppressor
PRECISION IN PRODUCTION
All Kovix suppressors are precision manufactured and inventoried raw, ready to apply a custom Cerakote finish. Your order triggers a process where we assign a unique serial number to your suppressor and apply the custom Cerakote finish you selected. Our team ensures every detail meets Kovix's uncompromising standards.
Step 3: Connecting with You
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
A Kovix representative will reach out via phone or email to gather details about your preferred local gun store, an ATF-licensed FFL/SOT dealer who will handle the transfer process. We're here to make this seamless, so feel free to ask any questions.
Step 4: Initiating the Form 3 Transfer
PARTNERING WITH YOUR DEALER
Once we have your dealer's information, our team contacts them to initiate an ATF Form 3 transfer. This step ensures your suppressor is ready to move to your local FFL/SOT dealer once approved by the ATF.
Step 5: Shipping to Your Dealer
YOUR SUPPRESSOR IS ON THE WAY
After ATF Form 3 approval, we carefully package and ship your suppressor to your chosen dealer. You'll be notified when it’s en route, bringing you one step closer to your Kovix experience.
Step 6: Completing the Form 4
PAPERWORK WITH YOUR DEALER
Upon receiving your suppressor, your local dealer will assist you in completing the ATF Form 4 paperwork. If you included the $200 tax stamp in your cart at the time of purchase, we’ve got you covered. If not, you’ll need to provide a $200 check to the ATF when submitting your Form 4. This sounds complicated and scary. But don't worry, your local dealer will help make this process simple.
Step 7: Taking Possession
TAKE YOUR KOVIX SUPPRESSOR HOME
Once the ATF approves your Form 4 and issues the $200 tax stamp, your dealer will guide you through completing the ATF Form 4473. With that, you’ll take possession of your Kovix suppressor, ready to elevate your shooting or backcountry experience.
