Welcome to Kovix. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.kovix.com (the "Site"), and your purchase of outdoor products, apparel, and firearm silencers (collectively, "Products") from Kovix. By accessing our Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase products.
1. Eligibility
To use our Site or purchase Products, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. For firearm silencers, you must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those enforced by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility to purchase and possess silencers and firearm products.
2. Product Purchases
2.1 Orders
All products and services are clearly described on their respective product pages. Please contact us if you require further clarification. All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Kovix. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is not accepted.
2.2 Pricing
Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel your order and issue a refund or offer you the opportunity to purchase at the correct price.
2.3 Payment
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, and other methods specified at checkout. Payment must be completed before we process your order. For firearm silencers, additional documentation and ATF approval may be required before shipment, and payment does not guarantee approval or delivery. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption (128-bit or higher). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Card brands accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
2.4 Shipping & Delivery
We ship Products to addresses within the United States, subject to applicable laws. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and product type. Firearm silencers may require additional shipping restrictions and compliance with ATF regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Kovix is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.
Orders are shipped via USPS and/or UPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders containing silencer products require ATF Form 3 approval prior to shipping to your local FFL/SOT dealer. Processing times are out of our control, but these orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2.5 Firearm Silencers
Purchase and possession of firearm silencers are regulated by federal and state laws, including the National Firearms Act (NFA). Firearm silencers will only ship to an active FFL/SOT in your area. After your purchase of a Kovix silencer or firearm product, you will be contacted by a representative of the company to help identity your local FFL/SOT holder and facilitate the transfer of product to them. Your local dealer will help facilitate the proper completion and submission of your ATF paperwork (Form 4) and will complete the final ATF Form 4473 is the Firearms Transaction Record. You must:
- Provide all necessary documentation during the purchase process.
- Obtain ATF approval and any required permits before taking possession (ATF Form 4).
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Kovix will not ship silencers until ATF approval is confirmed. Delays in ATF processing are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.
- We are currently unable to sell firearms to unauthorized individuals (non FFL/SOT holders) in the following states: California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, or Rhode Island.
3. Returns and Refunds
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Return/Refund
3.1 General Returns Policy
We accept returns of unused, undamaged Products (excluding ammunition) within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at support@kovix.com.
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned Product.
3.2 Firearm Silencers
Due to federal regulations, firearm silencers are non-returnable and non-refunded once the ATF approval process has begun, except in cases of defects covered by warranty. Firearms and silencers may be returned if the product is unused, undamaged, and a transfer to an individual (via ATF 4473) has not taken place. If you wish to return a firearm or silencer, do not complete the ATF 4473 transfer.

3.3 Defective or Incorrect Products
If a Product is defective or incorrect, do not initiate ATF Form 4 transfers or 4473 transfers. Contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and, at our discretion, issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
4. Product Warranties
Our commitment is to provide an exceptional experience and we will stand behind our products fully. Any Kovix silencer will be supported with a robust warranty that covers any and all damages except normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis. But rest assured, if your silencer is damaged, we will take care of you.
5. Use of the Site
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Copy, distribute, or modify Site content without permission.
5.2 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Kovix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Site and purchases are governed by our Privacy Policy (below). By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kovix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of Products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product or service giving rise to the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Kovix, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of our Products or Site.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Texas], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert City, e.g., Austin, Texas], conducted by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. The updated Terms are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
