After your suppressor purchase, Capitol Armory will help facilitate the paperwork process and the direct delivery of your new Kovix suppressor.
They'll handle the digital submission of your ATF Form 4, and ATF Form 4473 - ultimately allowing delivery of your new Kovix suppressor directly to your door!
FULFILLMENT PROGRAM FAQ
After placing your online order with Kovix, we send your order information to Capitol Armory. They will contact you to facilitate the submission of your ATF paperwork. Upon approval, they will ship your new suppressor directly to your door - no gun shop required!
Yes. Shortly after placing your suppressor order, you will be contacted by Capitol Armory to initiate your electronic Form 4 transfer process. You'll fill out a customer profile, and gather the same required information as if you were submitting your Form 4 through your local dealer.
Capitol Armory will send you information with options to gather digital or physical fingerprint cards, as a part of your eForm 4 submission.

For the majority of buyers, purchasing direct to door through Capital Armory results in the quickest overall path from purchase to possession. Capital Armory operates a highly refined process that minimizes handoffs, paperwork delays, and in-person requirements.
Their system allows customers to complete fingerprints, photos, trust setup, and Form 4 submission through a centralized workflow guided by a dedicated compliance team. Because the entire process is handled under one roof, there is less back and forth and fewer variables that can slow approvals.
Once approved, Capital Armory handles final compliance steps and ships directly to your door in accordance with federal and state law.
